Payments, Refunds, And Claims Policy
This policy explains how paid entries, sponsored pools, refunds, and claims should work from a user perspective.
Before Paying
Before joining a paid event, users should review:
- Game and mode
- Entry fee
- Token
- Prize pool
- Start time
- Registration cutoff
- Check-in requirements
- Refund conditions
- Payout rules
Entry Fees
Entry fees may be held until the event starts, cancels, or resolves. In Solana-backed flows, the user may need to sign a transaction to join.
Sponsored Pools
Sponsored pools are funded by an organizer or sponsor. A sponsor-funded event may still require users to connect a wallet so rewards can be claimed later.
Hybrid Pools
Hybrid pools combine sponsor funding with player entry fees. The total prize pool can change based on how many players join and the sponsored amount configured by the organizer.
Refunds
Refunds may be available when an event cancels before start, fails minimum participant requirements, or cannot proceed due to platform-controlled failure.
Refunds are generally not guaranteed when a user loses, misses check-in, abandons a match, violates rules, or signs an incorrect transaction outside the supported product flow.
Claims
Prize or refund claims may require a wallet transaction. Users are responsible for using the correct wallet and paying any network fees required by the chain.
