Fair Play Policy

Showdown competitions must be decided by player skill and verified results.

Prohibited Behavior

Users must not:

  • Cheat, script, bot, or use unauthorized software
  • Share accounts or compete under another person identity
  • Collude with opponents or other participants
  • Intentionally lose, manipulate scores, or fix matches
  • Exploit bugs in the product, game, server, or wallet flow
  • Abuse disconnects, no-shows, check-in, or lobby timing
  • Harass or threaten other users

Enforcement

Showdown may take action when fair play rules are violated. Possible actions include:

  • Match cancellation
  • Tournament disqualification
  • Prize withholding
  • Refund denial
  • Account restriction
  • Permanent ban
  • Reporting to game or infrastructure partners where appropriate

Evidence

Fair play decisions should rely on evidence such as server logs, match records, game data, wallet transactions, screenshots, chat logs, and user reports.
